Booking a cleaner through Cleaning Services is a pretty straightforward affair. Customers can gain access to a detailed list of available domestic cleaning services through our easy to navigate company website. Please feel free to have a look around the site and inform yourself of any details and technical information about our services. If you require specific information or something of interest is missing on the website, please get in touch with our customer service reps over the phone and have your query answered directly by one of our staff.
When customers have decided on what is the type of service they require the booking can be placed directly through the website. Each booking is submitted through an online service request form. We would like you to include all relevant and applicable information on the request form. In order for the booking to be placed successfully, we will need some contact details from our customers – these will be used only for the purpose of keeping in touch throughout our doing of business and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Cleaning Services would like you to state your name and address and a valid phone number you can be reached on. We also need your email address, if this happens to be your preferred way of communication, as we will send you your booking confirmation and any other relevant details about your service request. Lastly, there is a free text field at the bottom of our service form, so please take the time to inform us in a few words what type of service you require, the scale of the job and any other additional information you feel we should know.
Cleaning Services will contact you back as soon as possible to confirm your booking. Quote queries and other pricing information can also be requested using the form. If you have made up your mind already, feel free to place your booking directly over the phone. In the case of cancellation, please let us know sufficiently in advance so that we can adjust our schedule.
